Behind the Scenes: Turnaround Bristol Featured on BBC Songs of Praise
Turnaround Team with Aled Jones MBE during filming
We are excited to share that Turnaround Bristol will be featured on the BBC programme Songs of Praise, airing on Sunday 24th May.
Back in March our centre welcomed the BBC production team as they spent time learning about the work we do and the people we support every day.
At Turnaround Bristol, we support vulnerable adults facing homelessness, poverty, isolation, poor mental health, addiction, and financial hardship. For many people, our centre is a safe place where they can access support, guidance, practical help, and a sense of community.

Being part of Songs of Praise will give us the opportunity to share these stories with a wider audience and shine a light on the realities many vulnerable people face.
The filming process was emotional, uplifting, and inspiring. Our guests, volunteers, and staff showed incredible courage in sharing their experiences, and we are proud that their voices will be heard.

We hope the programme helps raise awareness of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults in Bristol and highlights the importance of compassion, dignity, and community support.
We would like to thank everyone who made this opportunity possible, including our volunteers, supporters, and guests who continue to make Turnaround Bristol such a special place.
Please tune in to Songs of Praise on Sunday 24th May and help us spread the word.
Together, we can continue changing lives.
