Safety at Turnaround
Our Commitment to Safety and Policies
At Turnaround Bristol, the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of everyone we work with are of the utmost importance. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
We follow best practice in line with national and local guidelines, and we are especially dedicated to safeguarding adults who may be at risk of harm, abuse, neglect, or exploitation. This includes recognising the signs of harm, knowing how and when to raise concerns, and acting with urgency and care when safeguarding issues arise.
We aim to foster a culture of zero tolerance for harm, working proactively to ensure that everyone involved in our services is protected—whether they are participating in our activities, receiving support, or engaging with us in the wider community.
Although we do not currently work with children, should that change in the future, our policies will be updated accordingly to reflect this.
You can find our Safeguarding Policy, along with all other relevant policies, at the links below.
If you are concerned about someone’s immediate safety, please call 999. For non-emergency safeguarding concerns, you can contact the First Response Bristol Team on 0117 903 6444 for advice.
